On Nov 20th at 2114 hours, Townsend Fire Company along with Odessa Fire Company, Clayton Fire Company and Citizens House Company of Smyrna, were dispatched to a Mobile Home Trailer Fire at 311 Forest Dr. Engine 26 arrives to find heavy smoke showing. Crews stretched a 1 3/4 inch hand line in to the trailer to find a kitchen fire with extension to the living room. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and started overhaul operations. The fire was quickly put under contrail by Townsend Command with unit’s working. Thanks to our neighboring companies for the assist.
