On Monday Feb 14,2011 @ approximately 6 PM Firefighters from Townsend were dispatched to the Valero on summit Bridge Rd. upon arrival firefighters found a vehicle had backed into one of the fuel pumps snapping a line inside causing a fuel leak. The pumps had to be shut down closing off the newly reopened station after a recent remodel .Firfighters were able to contain the small spill quickly and the incident was placed under control.Resceu 26 responded to this incident.
