CONTEST RULES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

  1. One number per ticket. Only 10,000 tickets will be sold. Drawing will be a lottery ball style draw, therefore you can  win more than one prize!

  2. Some prize winners may opt for cash in lieu of prize.

  3. State taxes, transfers, and registrations will be the responsibility of the winner.

  4. Some prizes may require payment of Federal Taxes before the receipt of the prize. This will be the winners responsibility.

  5. Neither the Townsend Fire Company, The Appoquinimink Ducks Unlimited Chapter, or any other person or  organization or business sponsoring or participating in the Spring Fling assumes any liability for any claims   for injury or other damages arising out of the possession of any four wheelers, trailers, motorcycles, vehicles or any other prize obtained through this ticket, and by accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation of  liability.

  6. ONLY ticket holders, event security, Spring Fling Officials and Spring Fling Guests will be admitted for the drawing. TICKET STUB OR WRIST BAND NEEDED FOR ADMISSION.

  7. The 8:00 Grand Prize winner will be the holder of the ticket whose number matches EXACTLY the Delaware nightly 4 Digit Lottery Number drawn approximately at 8:00 PM Saturday, May 10, 2007. Ticket holder will win $100,000. Any prizes not won during the original drawing will be re-entered and drawn after 8:00 PM.   ALL  PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN AWAY.

  8. Winners will be posted on this website by noon on May 11, 2008:  www.townsendfirecompany.org 

  9. All Guest entries will cost $20.00.  Payment for guest entries may be made at the time of ticket purchase.

  10. Great food and soft drinks provided Saturday during the event at no charge to Ticket Holders and paid Guests.

  11. NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. Winners will be notified.

  12. If for any reason the drawing is not held, all monies will be returned to the ticket holders.

  13. Picture identification is required before prizes can be awarded.

  14. ALL prizes must be claimed within 30 days or prize becomes the property of the Townsend Fire Company and the Appoquinimink Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.

  15. Some prizes will be available the day of the drawing.
